How to bid? |

In order to bid in PaylessBid auctions, you first have to register. Click here to register for free
log in to your account, Click on the item you would like to bid, bidding auction page will open.
On the bottom of the page you will find a complete detail of the item

Bidding Box: on the left, in the Bidding Box you will fine “bidding Method” please select one of the options
a. Bidding Credit, select bidding packages and load your account
b. Credit Card, Secure credit card information windows will open please fill in your credit card information.
Your information is secured, PaylessBid.com appreciate your privacy and care for your information security.
Your credit card information is kept invisible and encrypted, and will be used only for your open session transactions.
All credit card information will be deleted from our system when you logged out or when your session is over.

How many bids can I offer in one auction? |

As many as you like. Please first read the rules of PaylessBid.com auction.
There are some limits so the auction stays fair for everyone. In order to keep the tension and fair chances to everyone until the end of the auction, you should remember these limits:
- You can not place more than 3 consecutive bids. Which mean you may place 3 bids in a group at spreads of 1¢ between each two. But if you try to add another one to the group at spread of 1¢ - the lowest of the four will be out bid automatically. This rule keeps that no user will have large groups of bids and block prices. Please note also, that combining two groups by out-bidding bids in-between these groups will result the same effect and will leave you with group of 3 consecutive bids.
- You may not have 9 bids out of the first 15. PaylessBid auction will automatically out-bid the 10th bid (the lowest of your bids). This rule, as well as the first one, keeps the fair chance to all users win the auction.

What is highest and unique bid? |

In every auction at PaylessBid, we set our Maximum Price. Usually, the Maximum price will be 10% of the product's market price. The price you will pay if you are a winner
A unique bid is a bid that only one user as offered. Once another user bid for the same offer, these two are not unique anymore, and the next highest unique bid become the leading offer.

PaylessBid auctions are closing when all bids are offered. and the time stamp is finish,The winner is the highest and unique bidder.

How do I know if I won? |

When an auction is closed, our automatic notifier sends an e-mail to the person who won (highest and unique bidder).
Make sure your personal information is correct, such as e-mail address and phone number.

I won! What's now? |

Congratulations! After closing an auction we will charge the winner for the bid amount. After processing the payment with your credit card (takes few minutes usually) we will send the product to the address you have entered in your profile.

What do I need to pay when if I win? |

If you win an auction you will need to pay your offer amount and, if required, the shipping costs.

When will I get my item? |

Once we received approval from your credit card company, we deliver the item between 6-14 business days (usually even faster). Shipping time varies depending of you location. You can always watch the status of the shipment at your PaylessBid account.

Substitute items |

On rare occasions we are no longer able to source the specific item detailed in the auction. When this happens, we will contact you and offer to send you an equivalent item of at least equal value, or redeem the item price. Many of the products we sell are high-technology items that have a short life-cycle, so often this will mean an upgrade to the newer version of the item.
